A difficult profession

Postby Geoff » 29 Sep 2016, 23:40

For any singer wishing to progress professionally, life can be difficult if not almost impossible. They spend years training and even then, they need that lucky break which they hope will propel them into the 'big time'. Some succeed, many do not, however talented they may be in spite of all their efforts and hard work but I for one wish them all success and a good career.

Here is a soprano who may be doing reasonably well but in my opinion, should be in the 'big time'. What does the forum think? Marija Vidovic. Take note.

So sorry, but to be frank, I'm underwhelmed. Too wobbly for my ears, the upper register too darkly covered, the lower too weak.
